On November 26, the 2024 Annual Meeting of the Chilean-Peruvian Chamber of Commerce took place at the Residence of the Embassy of Peru in Santiago, Chile. The event brought together prominent business figures and representatives from both countries to strengthen bilateral relations. During this key gathering, the participation of Agroextiende and its operation in Chile was highlighted.
The event also commemorated the 44th anniversary of the Chilean-Peruvian Chamber of Commerce and honored cultural and corporate contributions through the “Ambassador José Luis Bustamante y Rivero 2024” award, one of which was presented to Iris Gálvez. Agroextiende was represented by Alonso Maúrtua, Chairman of the Board, and Beatriz Tubino, Manager of New Business, Corporate Affairs, and Sustainability. Other notable figures in attendance included Silvia Alfaro, Ambassador of Peru to Chile; Tahyri Torres, General Manager of Gelts Corredores de Seguros; Antonio León L., LATAM CEO of Gelts Corredores de Seguros; and Iris Gálvez, award recipient and promoter of Peruvian culture in Chile.
Through this participation, Agroextiende reaffirms its commitment to commercial and cultural integration between Chile and Peru, strengthening our position in the market and building bonds that drive new opportunities.
